One Fashion Outlet near D1 Highway will be the first factory outlet centre to attract the large, skilled and brand conscious catchment population in a rapidly growing tourist region.

- Phase 1 Comprises approximately 15,000 sq m and takes the form of a double-sided open shopping street. It has canopied shopfronts and central break-out space to the north of the site, opening out to the south onto a main square surrounded on two sides by retail units and with a landscaped lake and café/restaurant units on a south westerly facing terrace. Thus, the visitors could enjoy their coffee or tasteful dishes right at the heart of the project, in the main zone surrounded by the lake, and with all the shops close at hand.
- Each of them comprises approximately 10,000 sq m of additional retail arranged as the south-eastern and southwestern sections of the plot respectively. Both include break-out spaces in the form of open squares. Pedestrian access to Phase 1 is via the northern entrance and a bridge across the lake directly into the central square.
- The second phase is scheduled to be open in the spring 2014, with the capacity of 11,000 sq m. With Phase 2, the lake bridge will be removed, leaving two landscaped piers, and the green route will be extended to a newly created southern entrance.

Slovakia is the only country from Central European V4 (Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic) that still lacks its own outlet centre. Thanks to the OFO, people from both close and extended neighbourhood will not have to travel abroad to get goods of notable brands for fair prices.

The Trnava region was recently placed tenth in an extensive study of 1,000 regions that listed the best locations in the EU for investment, as one of two Slovakian regions in the Top 25 with the safest markets for investment as well as safe environments for investors in general, local and international. This region is well-known for having the best purchasing power in Slovakia, comparable to Western European states.
Project
ONE Fashion Outlet comes up with 130 - 150 shops, restaurants and cafés, parking for 2 450 vehicles, coach parking, water features and children's play area.
